COVID SAFETY MEASURES

General Information: Theatrikos Theatre Company resides at the Doris Harper-White Community Playhouse, 11 West Cherry Avenue, on the southeast corner of Beaver and Cherry in historic downtown Flagstaff. The box office phone number is 928-774-1662.

Mission Statement: The mission of Theatrikos Theatre Company is to be a leading arts organization in northern Arizona, offering high-quality live theatrical productions and developmental opportunities, utilizing a diverse base of writing and production talent reflecting the community at large.

Business Hours: The box office is located in the lobby of the playhouse. The hours for the box office are 12 to 6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and two hours prior to all performances.

Ticket Exchange: You may exchange your tickets either by phone or in-person at the box office up to 48 hours prior to the performance. You may request either a ticket voucher good for the balance of the current ticket or a donation letter for the value of your tickets. We do not issue refunds on ticket purchases for any reason.

Ticketing Fees:  In order to aid in the preservation of the historic Doris Harper-White Playhouse, Theatrikos charges a $1 fee, per ticket, regardless of payment method. Additionally, all credit card purchases will be assessed a processing fee on each ticket. There is no processing fee on cash and check transactions.

Cell Phones: Please turn off all cell phones, pagers or any other electronic devices that may disturb the performance.

Parking: Parking is available at the playhouse in the parking lot off Cherry Avenue and along the surrounding streets. The City of Flagstaff has placed the parking lot at the Doris Harper-White Community Playhouse under the management of ParkFlag and anyone parking in our lot must abide by parking regulations

Accessibility: Accessible parking, restrooms, water fountain and seating are available. A ramp entrance is located on the north side of the building. We also have assistive hearing devices available. Please give us advanced notice so that we can better accommodate you.

Children: As a courtesy to our patrons and performers, children under the age of five will not be admitted to MainStage performances. We suggest that parents review performance materials prior to a performance as some shows may not be suitable for children.

Latecomers: Latecomers will not be seated until intermission. We have a screen in our lobby where patrons may watch the performance until they’re seated in the theater.

Emergency: In case of fire or emergency, exits are the main lobby door and an emergency exit located backstage right (on the left for the audience). Please refer to the House Manager for further information on emergency evacuation procedures.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located off the north side of the lobby.

Food and Drinks: Please keep all food and drinks in the lobby. Water bottles with lids are permitted in the theater.

Camera and Recording Equipment: Due to copyright restrictions, the use of flash photography, or the recording of any performance by means audio or visual, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of the publishing house. This also applies to TheatriKids productions. Flashes and lighted screens are distracting to your fellow patrons and to the actors and we thank you in advance for your consideration.
