General Information: Theatrikos Theatre Company resides at the Doris Harper-White Community Playhouse, 11 West Cherry Street, on the South East Corner of Beaver and Cherry in Historic Downtown Flagstaff. The Box Office phone number is 928-774-1662.

Mission Statement: The mission of Theatrikos Theatre Company is t o offer high-quality theatrical productions by utilizing a diverse base of community-based talent, while also providing formal and informal education through outreach programs, and to make every effort to represent the community at-large with diverse programming.

Business Hours: The Box Office is located in the main lobby of the Playhouse. The hours for the box office are 11AM to 5:30PM Tuesday through Thursday, 11:00AM to 6:00PM Friday, and two hours prior to all performances.

Estore/Online Ticketing: The Theatrikos Estore can be located at www.theatrikos.com/ZenCart - Tickets can be purchased on this site for all performances and special events. All purchases from this site are final. This site is totally secure and open 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Ticket Exchange: Patrons may exchange their tickets either by phone or in-person at the Box Office for any other performance of the same production, only if the exchange is made 24 hours in advanced. Exchange requests made after curtain time will not be honored.

Unused Tickets: Theatrikos Theatre Company has a no refund policy on ticket purchases. If you are unable to use your tickets please call the box office at least two hours prior to the performance and we will issue you a tax-deductable donation letter for the value of your tickets. If you do not call prior to the date of the performance, we are not able to issue a donation letter.

Discounts: We offer a group discount of 8% on blocks of 10 tickets or more. The total amount due for the tickets must be paid by one person/means of payment.

Cell Phones: Please turn off all cell phones, pagers or any other electronic devices that may disturb the performance.

Parking: Parking is available at the Playhouse in the parking lot off Cherry Street and along the streets surrounding the Playhouse.

Accessibility: Accessible parking, restrooms, water fountain and seating are available. A ramp entrance is located on the Cherry Street side of the building. Please give us advanced notice so that we can better accommodate you.

Children: As a courtesy to our audience members and performers, children under the age of five will not be admitted to performances. We also suggest that parents review performance materials as they may not be suitable for children.

Latecomers: Latecomers will not be seated until Intermission.

Emergency: In case of fire or emergency, exits are the main lobby door, emergency exit located backstage right, and backstage left, and behind audience right. Please refer to the House Manager for further information on emergency evacuation procedures.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located off the north side of the outer lobby.

Food and Drinks: Please keep all food and drinks in the lobby. Water bottles with lids are acceptable.

Camera and Recording Equipment: Due to copyright restrictions, the use of flash photography, or the recording of any performance by means audio or visual, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of the publishing house.
