Spamalot: School Edition

Performance Date(s): Aug 25, 2017 – Sep 3, 2017

Book and Lyrics by Eric Idle; Music by John Du Prez

Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” TheatriKIDS production of “SPAMALOT” retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table and features a bevy of beautiful show girls—not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people.

The original 2005 Broadway production won three Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and received 14 Tony Award nominations. The show wraps up the TheatriKids summer season and is directed by the theater’s education director Joe Maniglia, with music direction by Kenlynn Winsor.

“This is a wonderfully funny and beloved show that fits in well with our season of laughter,” Maniglia said. “This is the perfect time for us to perform it as we’ve got just the right comedic talent.”
