DeLano Hays

Delano has been active in the Flagstaff theatre scene since 2007. She is one of the co-founders of Stargazer Collaborative Theatre, and has worked on over 50 productions in Flagstaff as an actor, director, scenic designer, scenic painter, lighting designer, stage manager, light board operator, fight captain, and stage hand. She is a 2x Viola nominated director(Women of Broadway Cabaret, Dog Sees God) and 1x winner as an actor(Cabaret). DeLano is also a freelance writer for Flag Live and has been featured in several poetry compilations, including Issue 6 of Little Something Press. She is an avid reader, writer, photographer, musician, one-time DJ, full-time mom, midnight enthusiast, and loves a good soup. Recent credits include Dog Sees God(director, Stargazer), Cabaret(Victor, Stargazer), Gypsy(director, Stargazer), Heisenberg(Georgie Burns, Stargazer; Theatrikos), Cyrano(Lingiere/Valvert/Carbon/et al, Red Earth), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee(co-director, Theatrikos), Native Gardens(director, Theatrikos), Holmes and Watson(Sherlock Holmes, Theatrikos), Wait Until Dark(Roat, Theatrikos), and The Great Gatsby( Myrtle Wilson, Theatrikos). DeLano is excited to be returning to Theatrikos with Dani by her side!
