I Love You. You’re Perfect, Now Change is a celebration of the game of love. This long-running off-Broadway revue reveals the truths and myths behind that contemporary conundrum known as “the relationship.” Through sketches and songs, this hilarious adventure explores the journey from dating to marriage, the agonies and triumphs of in-laws and newborns, trips in the family car, and funeral-friendly pick-up lines. This comical and relatable musical pays tribute to those who have loved and lost, those who have fumbled at any chance of romance, and those who have dared to ask, “Say, what are you doing Saturday night?” Join us for this endearing, funny, and heartwarming ride on the rollercoaster of relationships.

Sarah Casey (Music Director) is a Flagstaff local artist and music director. This is her third Theatrikos Production. She has music directed shows such as Nunsense, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee for Theatrikos She has performed as an actor in Jesus Christ Superstar, 9 to 5, Reefer Madness, Mamma Mia, with Flagstaff Music Theatre. And has music directed Gypsy, Cabaret, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown for Stargazer Collaborative Theatre. She is thrilled to be back at Theatrikos and working with such an amazing cast and crew. She wants to thank all the cast members for their hard work and dedication. I Love You, You’re Perfect, DON’T Change.
Sarah Kelley – Choreography
Originally from Reno, NV, Sarah briefly studied Theatre and Vocal Performance at NAU before making Flagstaff her home. This is her return to Theatrikos after playing Kate Monster in Avenue Q (2017). Her most recent theater credits include, Susan in Tick-Tick, Boom!, and Fraulein Kost in Cabaret. This is her first time doing a full show of choreography and she hopes you enjoy this amazingly talented cast!

Kelli is excited to add sound design to her many roles at Theatrikos Theatre Company. A Flagstaff resident since the age of six, she has a deep love for her community and its arts. She currently serves asa Board Member and the Production Chair for the Flagstaff Foundry and AV Manager for THUMC. At Theatrikos, her credits include Sound Designer for Seussical Jr.,Clue; Sound Designer and Operator for Clue; Sound Advisor for She Kills Monsters; Sound Designer for The Man Who Saved Christmas, Hardy Girls, The Nerd, Swing State, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and The Play That Goes Wrong; and Assistant Sound Designer for Picasso at the Lapin Agile. She previously held the role of Audio Manager for the Flagstaff Foundry.
Julia Nickolas is excited to be stage managing I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. Previous stage management credits include Theatrikos Elf, The Man Who Saved Christmas, and Theatrikids Seussical. Outside of the theatre, Julia works full-time as a Student Recruitment Coordinator in Admissions at Northern Arizona University, where she helps future Lumberjacks find their place at NAU. She recently graduated from Northern Arizona University in December 2025 with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She would like to thank her fiancé for the constant support and the cast for making this such an enjoyable show to stage manage.

Jessie Del Quadro Luckey is a Flagstaff local who has been working with the theatre community for over a decade. She was last seen in Cabaret (Stargazer Collaborative Theatre) as Lulu and was last on the Theatrikos stage in Annie as Miss Hannigan. Other notable credits include the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Theatrikos), Legally Blonde the musical and Reefer Madness the musical (FLOC). Weekly, you can find her singing in the choir at San Francisco de Asis. Daily, she and her husband combine forces to battle the whims of their ever needy children. Her daytime job is the least interesting thing about her.
This is Gavin’s second show with Theatrikos. He is currently attending NAU as a Hotel
Restaurant Management major with a Theatre minor. He hopes to be more involved in
community theater in the coming years, and would like to dedicate his stage time to his
grandpa, Papa Larry. And as always, he’s happy to be here.
This is Taylor Salazar’s first time on stage with Theatrikos, and she is beyond excited for you to see this production. She has been involved with theatre in her various communities since her first role as “Pepper” in “Annie” back in 2010. Locally you may recognize her from previous roles such as “Little Becky Two Shoes” in FMT’s UrineTown in 2024, “Texas” in Stargazer Collaborative Theatre’s “Cabaret” in 2024, her multiple performances at “Flagstaff Takes the Stage,” and her karaoke performances at the Museum Club where she used to MC. Taylor serves on the board for the Flagstaff Foundry, and is also on the board for Stargazer Collaborative Theatre. When Taylor isn’t spending her time being involved in the Flagstaff theatre community, she can be found at Uptown Pubhouse where she happily spends her time as a bartender and manager.
Scott Seaman has performed with theater companies and concert groups all over Arizona including Arizona Broadway Theater, Arizona Music Festival, TheaterWorks, Arizona Musical Theater Orchestra, Stargazer Collaborative Theater, and Theatrikos.
