We understand that plans change and you may need to exchange your tickets. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you and want to make sure you know what our policy is regarding these exchanges.
If your plans change, please make sure to give us a call at 928-774-1662 or visit us in person at 11 W Cherry Avenue during box office hours: MWF noon to 6 p.m. and two hours prior to showtime.
You may exchange your tickets either by phone or in-person at the box office up to 48 hours prior to the performance. You may request either a ticket voucher good for the balance of the current ticket or a donation letter for the value of your tickets. We do not issue refunds on ticket purchases for any reason.
